Pastors Jim and Deborah Cobrae are a dynamic husband and wife team who have been in the Lord's service for over 25 years. Pastor Jim is the founder and Senior Pastor of one of the largest and fastest growing churches in Southern California, The Rock Church & World Outreach Center. Pastor Deborah has labored alongside her husband as they have watched the ministry grow from a congregation of twelve to over seventeen thousand members.
Pastor Jim's wonderful sense of humor and powerful teachings will inspire and instruct you in Kingdom principles for victorious living. His unique approach to simplistic, bold, and aggressive altar calls has brought tens of thousands of souls to salvation to date at The Rock Church and World Outreach Center since 1994.
Through positive insights, Pastor Deborah’s dynamic and practical teaching on God’s word will equip you with the “how to” on living right in a world gone wrong. Her commitment to serve the Lord and wear any “hat” he gives her to put on has led her to preach in other nations, the inner city, and prisons. They have been married over 25 years, have four children who serve the Lord and many wonderful grandchildren.
